Our Simon Sorsby has been with A. N. Wallis for a full year now, and with this in mind we would like to bring you up to date with our services.
Since Simon has joined Wallis from his previous roles within the electricity industry in DNO’s and iDNOs, He has added an extra dimension with a wealth of knowledge in HV Earthing systems design.
We are proud to say we now have the broadest range of services in this industry including bespoke or standard earthing designs, soil resistivity testing & reports, earthing design verification, lightning protection system design and consultancy.
The manufacture and sales of quality Earthing, Lightning Protection and Low voltage Surge protection products is, as many of you know, key to our package and central to our growth in recent years.
Clients, literally around the globe use our earthing design services including Europe, Middle East and South East Asia on railway traction substations, distribution substations, solar farms, STOR sites, data centres, hospitals and reservoirs to name but a few.
We have invested in CDEGS software which is the world’s leading state of the art earthing analysis package, to give our customers the best solutions for their design needs. For testing and soil data gathering we use the Megger DET2/2 test meter, which has been tried and tested over many years to give quality infield performance.
Over the past year we have gained accreditation by RISQS to carry out works on the Network Rail infrastructure, as well as CHAS and Constructionline for UK construction sites.
We have also employed a trainee technician to develop which helps us offer you the industry-leading customer service we have become renowned for.
As soon as you require any Earthing design services however small or large please think of Wallis and contact simon.sorsby@an-wallis.com
